The Role Working across Cockburn, you'll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across a varied community caseload, including: Neurological conditions Spinal cord injuries Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, Motor Neuron Disease This is a community-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces.
You'll:



Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans Build long-term relationships and see real progress Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team Our Graduate Program We believe graduates thrive with visible, structured and consistent support.
You'll receive: A graduate-specific induction week (NDIS, community practice life at Better Rehab) 1:1 discipline-specific supervision 6 months of structured induction, training and upskilling 4 paid study leave days per year Laptop, phone and fully resourced therapy kits Flexibility Rewards Better Flex Policy – flexible schedule and the ability to flex off once client work is complete Clear, achievable KPIs Better Rewards Program – bonus pay, extra leave, PD, tech or experiences Paid Parental Leave – 8 weeks (primary), 2 weeks (secondary) Travel reimbursement at $1.17/km National opportunities across 30+ Better Rehab locations Qualifications What You'll Need Physiotherapy qualification (graduating in **** or January ****) Passion for supporting people with disability Driver's licence and own vehicle NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Additional Information Apply Now Your CV doesn't need to be perfect, your values matter more.
