Are you wanting to build a solid foundation in HR and join a supportive team?
We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis and provide day-to-day administrative support across a broad range of HR functions.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Respond to HR enquiries and process new employee onboarding documentation.
Reviewing, verify and maintain accurate employee files, qualifications and payroll related information.
Prepare and process employee contracts, and set up employee records for onboarding, contract variations and terminations.
Liaise with new starters and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Provide general HR administrative support while maintaining confidentiality, accurate records and compliance with internal processes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent university graduate or someone with HR and administrative experience who is looking to develop their HR career in a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with HR reporting, letters, and onboarding new employees
Support recruitment activities including drafting and posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating reference/qualification checks
Manage the HR Recruitment and general HR inboxes, responding to queries or escalating where required
Assist with the maintenance of employee records, including but not limited to qualifications, training records, employee agreements and confidential onboarding documents.
Assisting with the creation of employee anniversary and commendation certificates.




Generate reports and maintain trackers as required
Prepare and issue employment contracts and other employment-related documents under guidance
Contribute to HR process improvements and undertake other HR-related duties as directed
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

Previous administration experience (HR Admin preferable)
Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage competing deadlines and stakeholders.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A proactive and collaborative team player
Proof of Working Rights in Australia (Birth Certificate, Passport or Visa)
