Footprints Community Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our hybrid roles across NDIS and Aged Care, delivering person-centred support in clients' homes and in the community. You will work Monday to Friday with a weekend off every fortnight and two days off during the alternate week, assisting with daily living, personal care and community participation.
