We're on the lookout for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a vibrant personality to fill the role of Student Recruitment and Partnership Specialist for South East Queensland. This position is well-suited for individuals with sales experience in the
education industry
or those currently working in the RTO sector who are seeking a change or the next step in their careers.
Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Establishing and nurturing relationships with local schools, employers and the Apprentice Connect Australia Provider (ACAP).
Facilitating school-based traineeships.
Proactively following up on sales leads.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.
To be successful in this role,
you should possess the following qualities:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A high level of personal presentation.
Self-motivation and a drive to succeed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A positive "can-do" attitude and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
A current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
A current QLD Blue Card (or the ability to promptly obtain one upon successful appointment).

As this role may involve direct contact with students under the age of 18, the successful applicant will be required to hold, or be eligible to obtain, a valid Blue Card prior to commencement. As part of Aurora's onboarding process, the successful applicant will also be required to complete an internal Child Safety and Wellbeing professional development module.
