Start as early as September and work through to February/March ****
Onsite parking available
Work and earn over the Christmas period
Monthly team rewards - $100, $50 and $25
Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week and full time in the office. Optional weekend shifts available to boost your earnings

Our client is expanding their Customer Service team in preparation for the busy Christmas season. You'll be fully trained and supported to handle a range of customer enquiries across inbound and outbound calls and emails.
Your day to day:
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
Respond to enquiries about deliveries, orders, and take payments over the phone
Accurately process customer orders and data
Build rapport with customers and promote the product range
Contribute to a positive and team oriented work environment
About you:
Previous customer service experience (call centre experience highly regarded)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work full time hours, Monday to Friday, on rotating 8-hour shifts between 8:00am to 6:00pm
Availability to commence immediately
Must be able to reliably commute to Regents Park
Full training is provided. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain skills across multiple areas of customer service in a supportive environment.
