Grow your solar and battery skills and progress your career
SJ Power is looking for a Solar Electrician to join our installation crews working on residential solar and battery systems across Newcastle, the Hunter Valley and Central Coast.
You'll work alongside experienced tradespeople, get stuck into the install, and build your skills on a steady run of solar and battery jobs. You won't be running the site — you'll be part of a crew that does, learning as you go and pulling your weight.
This is a hands‐on role for someone who wants to get better at the trade and build toward more responsibility over time.

You'll need:
Current NSW Electrical Licence (or nearing completion of your apprenticeship)
Willingness to work toward SAA accreditation
Some exposure to residential electrical or solar work (not essential — training provided)
A basic understanding of electrical safety
A good attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
