Qscan Group is seeking two Medical Receptionists for our Chatswood clinic on a full-time basis. You will greet patients, register them for appointments and answer inquiries over the phone and online.
The role includes handling payments, invoicing, and using our booking system, with occasional duties across Ryde and Westmead clinics. We value organised, detail-oriented individuals with solid customer service and interpersonal skills who can adapt to multiple databases and deliver timely service
