That's Hot Gifts and Collectables is a beloved geeky pop culture store in Highpoint Shopping Centre, proudly serving customers for the past decade.
We sell the most exciting toys,and collectables from all of your favourite films, TV shows, comics and anime.

Experience:
24 months
customer service or retail experience is
required

Whata That's Hot Store Manager needs:




Available for long term full-time employment in the immediate future.
Standard retail work: you have to be comfortable approaching customers, making conversation and selling our products.
A drive and preparation for career progression.
Able to work as a team as well as being able to make independent decisions on the fly. You will be the main point of contact between staff and head office.
Willing to assist us at pop culture conventions (PAX, Comic Con) and toy/gift fairs.
Possession of a full or probationary driver's license is preferred.

Duties:
Supervising, motivating and training our lovely staff
Increasing store profits, meeting sales targets and strategizing with head office. Communication and teamwork are key!
Organize replenishment from our warehouse to the store
Managing special orders, refunds, discounts and customer requests. Someone wants to propose in-store? Make it happen!
Foster a happy team and encourage collaboration
Assist with in-store and online marketing
Help us set up for conventions (PAX, Oz Comic Con, Dreamhack, Smash etc)
