As a Light Fabrication Boilermaker with AES, you will beresponsible for the repair and fabrication of trays and truckbodies and related components. This role involves performingmaintenance and repair tasks in a safe, efficient, and competentmanner

In this role you will be responsible for:
Repair and fabricate trays and bodies/modules
Be accountable for maintaining and repairing equipment in asafe, productive and competent manner
Carry out tasks in accordance with site policies andprocedures, including take 5's and the permit to worksystem
Work in and maintain a clean and safe working environmentwith an acceptable level of housekeeping
Correctly use and maintain PPE at all times
Use and maintain workshop tooling in accordance withworking specifications and conditions
Maintain accurate time-keeping records relating to worktasks
Perform any additional tasks as directed which are withinyour skill, qualification, and competence level
What we are looking for:
Australian Manual Drivers Licence
Australian/NZ Recognised Trade Certificate
Tickets and licences EG: Forklift, WAH, Confined Space,Dogging (desired)
Body building, fabrication and welding experience withinindustrial/light fabrication environments
Strong fabrication and welding skills, including welding upto 12mm plate
Experience with sheet metal, guillotines and hydraulicpresses
Ability to fabricate handrails, platforms, ladders andother structures from various designs
Ability to read and interpret design/engineeringdrawings
Willingness to complete and pass a welding test
Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining a highstandard of workmanship
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 6:00am–5:00pm, withup to 6 hours on Saturdays as required
