National 360's Parramatta team is seeking a Core or above Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver person-centred support to NDIS participants across Western Sydney. The role spans community, clinic and telehealth settings, delivering meaningful outcomes and reducing restrictive practices.
You will collaborate with families and teams, conduct FBAs, design PBS plans, train carers and monitor progress with data to inform ongoing support strategies.
