About the Role
As a Helpdesk Support Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality IT support across a diverse client base. You'll be responsible for managing incidents and service requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely resolutions that maintain strong client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1–2 helpdesk support across desktops, servers, and cloud environments
Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents efficiently in line with SLAs
Manage and prioritise service requests through the ticketing system
Support Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and common business applications
Escalate complex issues where required while maintaining ownership
Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of processes
About You
~2 years' experience in an IT Helpdesk or Support role
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Microsoft 365
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
