Your current role
As the Quality and Compliance Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across the Quality, Compliance and Safeguarding functions.
In this role, some of your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating central administration processes
Managing shared inboxes and workflow triage
Supporting compliance systems
Providing administrative support for investigations, records management, privacy, consumer feedback and organisational compliance activities.
You will play an important role in supporting Uniting to maintain strong quality, compliance and safeguarding practices, while ensuring a responsive and well-coordinated service across the organisation.

Your skills and experience
Certificate IV in Business Administration, Business, Records Management or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated ability to provide administrative support within a community service,
compliance or quality environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple shared inboxes and competing priorities.
Experience with diary management and meeting coordination.
Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.
Highly developed organisation and time management skills.
