The Queensland Government is seeking a Workforce Management Coordinator to help establish and maintain the day-to-day operations of the Workforce Management (WFM) System across the Operations Centres, including Triple Zero 000 Call Centres.
You will support planning, scheduling and compliance activities within the WFM system and contribute to developing operational best practice and resource plans for the QAS network of eight centres.
