The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is hiring an APS5 National Contact Centre Auslan Service Officer to support Deaf and hard of hearing participants. You will communicate in Auslan via video, assist participants to navigate the NDIS, and deliver accessible, participant-first service.
From the NCC Operations team, you will handle a mix of inbound/outbound video calls, emails, and webchat within rotating shifts.
