We are looking for dependable, compassionate support workers to join our growing Bendigo team. We have local clients ready for support and are seeking workers who genuinely care about providing consistent, respectful and reliable service.
About the role
Personal care, showering and dressing
Domestic assistance and household tasks
Meal preparation
Social support and companionship
Shopping and community access
Respite care
Transport assistance
Supporting clients to maintain their independence at home
Completing accurate progress notes after each shift
What we offer
$35–$42 per hour, depending on classification and experience
Applicable weekend, evening and public-holiday penalty rates

To be suitable, you must have:
A caring, patient and respectful approach
Strong reliability and communication skills
A current Australian driver's licence
A reliable and insured vehicle
A current Police Check issued within the past three years
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Australian working rights
A smartphone for receiving rosters and completing progress notes
A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or a related qualification is required for workers providing personal care. Relevant experience will also be highly regarded.
