We're looking for a Bookkeeping Practice Lead to lead a growing practice within HSQC Group. You'll manage a long-standing client base, lead the team and have the autonomy to shape the future of the practice.

The Role
Managing a portfolio of bookkeeping clients
Providing hands-on bookkeeping and cloud accounting services
Leading and mentoring the bookkeeping team
Reviewing work and maintaining quality




Managing workflow and practice performance
Building client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
Working closely with the wider accounting team
About You
Experience leading or mentoring a team
Excellent Xero and cloud accounting knowledge
Strong client and communication skills
A commercial, proactive approach
The confidence to take ownership and make decisions
An interest in growing a practice and developing people
