Key Responsibilities
Supporting the coordination of daily housekeeping operations
Assisting with supervision and on-the-job training of team members
Servicing and cleaning guest rooms and public areas to required standards
Ensuring timely and professional service delivery
Reporting maintenance issues promptly for timely rectification.
Maintaining housekeeping offices, laundry areas, and equipment
Monitoring stock levels and replenishing guest supplies




Processing lost property and dry cleaning
Handling guest feedback and resolving concerns professionally
Liaising with other departments within Rooms Division
Maintaining accurate records, paperwork, and stock control
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in housekeeping within a hotel environment
Ability to lead by example and support junior team members
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
Confident communication and problem-solving skills
Professional presentation and positive team attitude
This is a part-time position with a guarantee of a minimum of 20 hours per week.
