We are looking for a professional and passionate Assistant Manager's to take ownership of our exceptional team and guests and driving day-to-day operations. Our ideal Assistant Manager is someone that will deliver an exceptional guest experience by guiding them through our fresh produce-driven menu and exciting wine list, drive day-to-day operations, takes pride in what they do, is dynamic and driven, solutions orientated and appreciates consistency in their performance. You will need proven passion and expertise for food and solid wine knowledge, as well as being enthusiastic about creating outstanding guest experiences.
Successful applicants would ideally have experience in quality, high volume venues and possess the following skills and attributes:
Experience in this role workingin a quality establishment.
Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wine.
Good communication and organizational skills along with sound decision making.
Flexibility & availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure.
Hold a valid RSA.
Have full Australian working rights.
The Responsibility
Execute exceptional guest service.
Demonstrated experience in a Supervisor or senior FOH role.
Confidence in leading pre-service briefings and coordinating team during service.
Lead a dynamic team and ensure our guests enjoy impeccable service in a sophisticated setting.
Responsible for the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will oversee daily operations and ensure staff are delivering outstanding guest service.
Working closely with the Venue Manager, you'll lead by example, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and hospitality.
Lead by example by embodying our company's values and fostering a positive work culture.
Understanding of food and beverage operations and a keen interest in developing these skills.
