We are looking to add to our team of property inspectors.
We have positions available carrying out routine, exit and entry inspections for our clients in the Greater Ipswich area. You must have a professional appearance, a reliable car, an iPhone (the app we use is not compatible with android) and be customer service orientated.
You would be required to take photos and write a report on the condition of the property. Command of the English language, grammar and punctuation, along with a keen eye for detail are extremely important.
The hours are generally between 9am - 2pm, 3-5 days a week. This position requires you to work independently and within a time frame. A background in property management would be advantageous. If you are looking to get out of the office and leave the stress of property management behind then this position may suit you.
Applicants must be permanent residents of Australia to be eligible for this position.
