The Role
We are seeking a qualified
Service Technician
to join our Brisbane-based Food Equipment Service Team. The ideal candidate will have experience servicing commercial food service appliances and have a full refrigeration license.
Key Responsibilities
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
Performing planned preventative maintenance on a wide range of high-quality commercial food service equipment, including soft serve unit and beverage machines.
Installing, commissioning, and validating new equipment.
Diagnosing and repairing faults, including emergency breakdowns.
Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
Location
This role is based in the Brisbane metropolitan area with our workshop based in Mansfield.
Qualifications & Attributes
To be considered, you will need:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Ideally, experience in the food industry.
A willingness to learn, upskill, and share knowledge with the team.
The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
