About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and wants to develop their career across
inside sales and customer service
.
Managing customer enquiries, quotations and orders
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Processing and managing customer orders through CRM/order management systems
Providing sales and customer service support
Identifying and developing sales opportunities within existing accounts
Following up with customers and ensuring a high level of service
Working closely with internal sales and operational teams
Managing multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment
About You
We are looking for someone with:
Fluent Hindi and English communication skills
Experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Sales Support, or a similar customer-facing role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience using CRM or order management systems
A proactive and commercially minded approach
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
B2B customer service or sales experience is highly desirable
