About the Role
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for new and existing clients ensuring their experience with Dott & Crossitt is seamless from the very first interaction.
Your role will involve:
Managing inbound calls and emails from clients and referral partners
Responding promptly to website enquiries
Preparing and sending quotes for new matters
Clearly explaining the conveyancing process to potential clients
Liaising with lawyers, conveyancers and other internal teams
Building relationships and nurturing leads through timely follow-ups
Maintaining accurate and detailed client records
Providing high-quality administrative support
About You
We're looking for someone who brings warmth, initiative and professionalism to every interaction. You'll also have:
Minimum 2 years' experience in client services or administrative support
Experience in the real estate or legal industry (highly regarded)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A strong customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport easily
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to prioritise, multitask and work collaboratively within a team
