Our client is seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to provide coordination and administrative support across a large, fast-paced project delivery team. This is an initial 6-month contract based in Melbourne CBD.
This is a varied role with plenty of ownership, supporting multiple stakeholders and helping ensure day-to-day activities, documentation and reporting run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administration support across project delivery and design teams
Assist with data entry, document management, reporting and general project administration
Coordinate information and documentation across the wider program
Support Project Delivery Leads, Electrical Designers and Project Controllers as required
Manage multiple requests and changing priorities within a rapid-paced environment
Provide structure and administrative support during a period of transition
Key Requirements
Previous administration, project support or program support experience
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Proactive and reliable, with the confidence to work independently
Strong attention to detail and accurate document/data management skills
Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Flexible approach and willingness to support a broad range of administrative activities
Highly Regarded
Experience within utilities, electricity, infrastructure, engineering or construction environments
Experience supporting large project delivery or engineering teams
Exposure to project documentation, reporting and coordination
