Red Energy in Melbourne is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Payment Assist team. You will guide customers through challenging times, assess financial hardship eligibility and establish manageable payment plans while ensuring energy services stay on.
This full time, permanent role operates on a rotating 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm / 10am-6pm roster. You will rely on empathy, active listening and practical problem-solving to deliver peace of mind.
