Le Cake is a wholesale manufacturer of cakes and desserts and savoury products. We are located in Hendra on the north side of Brisbane.
We are seeking an experienced Kitchnehand/Cleaner to join ourKitchen team working approximately *****hours per week.This is a casual position that requires you to work Monday to Friday evening shifts. Shifts with finish times around ********pm.
In order to be considered for this position you must have previous experience in a similar role within food manufacturingenvironment and/or hospitalityindustry in Australia.
Duties involved include:
Washing of large catering equipment and utensils.
Loading and unloading of the pot wash
Floor scrubbing/cleaning/squeegee of the whole facility.
Cleaning of work stations, coldrooms, and staff amenities.
Working with a team of 5 Cleaners
Adhering to our Haccp Food Safety & Cleaning Program
This position involves quite strenuous physical activity and will suit only fit, active motivated individuals who are punctual and reliable.
Your own reliable transport is a must as there is limited public transport available at night.
