The Wallaby Hotel on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead on the floor and steer a busy service across bar, bistro, gaming and events. You will motivate the team, ensure excellent guest experiences and uphold licensing and WHS compliance in a vibrant local venue.
We're looking for calm, hands-on leaders who can manage guest feedback and maintain standards during nights, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.
