About the role
Ultimate Windows is seeking experienced Windows Fabricators and Labourers to join our production team in Wodonga, Victoria.
In this full time position, you will be providing assistance in the fabrication and assembly of high-quality windows and doors for residential projects.
What you'll be doing
Operating machinery and tools required for window and door manufacturing
Performing quality checks and ensuring products meet safety and performance standards
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Collaborating with the production team to optimise workflows and processes




Providing support to the wider team as needed
What we're looking for
Proficient in the use of power tools and machinery required for window and door production
Manufacturing experience
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
Strong communication and teamwork skills
