Reporting to the Accounting Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Managing the Accounts Receivable function, including account setup, credit applications, credit reviews, debtor management, and account reconciliations.
Performing bank reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and general ledger reconciliations.
Assisting with month-end processes and reporting activities.
Supporting BAS preparation, audit requirements, and finance reporting.
Monitoring customer accounts, credit limits, overdue balances, and bad debt provisions.
Preparing regular reporting on debtors, credit exposure, and account performance.
Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure financial targets and deadlines are achieved.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
3-4 years' experience in an Assistant Accountant, Accounts Receivable, or similar finance position.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end processes.
Previous experience managing Accounts Receivable and credit functions.
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUPs.




Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
A proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn and develop.
