In this role, you will own the management of your relevant National Account relationships, working closely with your peers within the National Sales team, as well as cross functionally to execute strategy in line with total business objectives
Reporting into the Director of Sales, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day management and development of your customer portfolio, working across Sales, Category and Marketing to identify opportunities and deliver sustainable growth.
The role will see you:
Have total ownership of your customers
Develop and execute customer account plans and Joint Business Plans
Identify commercial opportunities that create value for both the business and its customers
Lead customer negotiations across pricing, promotions and commercial initiatives
Manage promotional planning and trade spend
Lead customer and channel forecasting
Analyse sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities




Work closely across Sales, Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver customer plans
Play a key role in the longer-term strategy for your customer portfolio
About you:
We're looking for a established Account Manager who combines solid customer relationships with genuine commercial capability.
Experience managing a major retail customer within FMCG
Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with numbers
Experience across customer planning, forecasting and promotional management
Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
The ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
A proactive, results-driven approach and appetite to make an impact
