The role
This is a hands‐on production design role sitting inside a creative team that genuinely has everything going for it: an in‐house florist, a video editor, a social content coordinator, and a Creative Manager who knows what positive looks like.
You will produce visual assets across every format the business touches: catalogues, product packaging, labels, website banners, EDM templates, social media graphics, sell sheets, and print advertising. The volume is real, the variety is genuine, and the product range gives you something beautiful to work with every single day.
What you'll do
Design and produce print materials including catalogues, packaging, product labels, posters, and sell sheets
Create digital assets for website, EDM, social media, and paid advertising campaigns
Prepare print‐ready artwork to supplier specifications
Support product photography shoots with staging, styling,



and post‐processing (retouching, background removal, colour correction)
Maintain the digital asset library and keep files organised and accessible
Work closely with the Creative Manager, Video Editor, Ecommerce Lead, and Digital Marketing Specialist
What you'll bring
2+ years experience in graphic design producing both print and digital output
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (essential)
Proficiency in AI‐assisted design tools (essential)
Experience preparing print‐ready artwork to commercial print specifications
Product photography post‐processing experience (retouching, background removal)
Basic video editing skills for short‐form social content (desirable)Familiarity with digital formats for web, social media, and EDM
Fast, accurate, and consistent. You can manage a high volume of work without dropping quality
Familiarity with Canva for rapid digital asset production (desirable)
You are joining a creative team that is properly resourced. You will have a Creative Manager who sets direction, peers who produce video and content, and an in‐house florist who makes the product look extraordinary on camera.
