About the Role
Are you passionate about digital marketing, eCommerce, and creating exceptional online customer experiences? We're looking for a
Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Specialist
to join our Marketing team in a energetic hybrid role.
Salary:
Up to $88,500 + Superannuation, depending on experience.
Reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Manager – Western Markets, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the commercial performance of Jurlique's Western Markets websites through effective website merchandising, campaign execution, optimisation, and digital marketing support.
This is a hands-on role that combines eCommerce trading, onsite merchandising, digital campaign coordination, SEO optimisation, and data-driven decision making. Working closely with internal teams and external agency partners, you'll help bring campaigns to life, support product launches, optimise the customer journey, and identify opportunities to grow online sales and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
Develop and deliver campaign briefs to digital agencies, ensuring clear objectives, messaging, timelines, and deliverables
Partner with external media agencies to execute campaigns aligned to commercial priorities, KPIs, and budget
Monitor campaign and channel performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive optimisation
Collaborate with CRM and eCommerce teams to connect media performance with customer behaviour and commercial outcomes
Stay informed on competitor activity, emerging digital trends, and new technologies to identify opportunities for growth
eCommerce & Website Trading
Manage day-to-day website merchandising and trading activities across Jurlique's Western Markets websites
Execute onsite promotional campaigns, homepage updates, landing pages, navigation changes, and merchandising initiatives
Coordinate website execution for new product launches and key trading periods, ensuring all assets, content, pricing, and promotional mechanics are delivered accurately and on time
Manage product merchandising, recommendations, bundles, collections, and cross-sell strategies to maximise conversion and average transaction value
Conduct regular website audits to ensure product information, imagery, pricing, availability, and promotional messaging remain accurate
Monitor key eCommerce metrics including revenue, traffic, conversion rate, and average order value, identifying opportunities to improve performance
Work with development partners to deliver website enhancements focused on UX, mobile experience, navigation, and conversion optimisation
Partner with Customer Care and internal stakeholders to support a seamless digital customer experience
Support the execution of Jurlique's SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategy
Implement on-page SEO best practices across product pages, landing pages, collections, and content
Collaborate with internal teams and external SEO partners to identify content opportunities based on customer search behaviour and emerging trends
Ensure website content adheres to SEO best practices, including metadata, internal linking, page structure, and content optimisation
Monitor organic search performance and AI-powered discovery visibility, supporting reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
Reporting & Insights
Analyse website, campaign, and customer performance data to identify trends and opportunities
Generate insights and recommendations to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes
Support ongoing reporting across digital marketing and eCommerce channels
Contribute to a culture of continuous optimisation and testing to enhance performance
About You
We're looking for a commercially minded digital marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing creativity with data-driven decision making. You will bring:
2+ years' experience in eCommerce and/or Digital Marketing
Experience managing website merchandising, online campaigns, and digital marketing activity
Exposure to retail, beauty, FMCG, or consumer brands
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related discipline
Experience with Shopify Plus or similar eCommerce platforms highly regarded
Knowledge of Paid Search and Paid Social channels
Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics including traffic, conversion rate, revenue, and average order value
Working knowledge of SEO best practices and an interest in emerging AI search and discovery trends
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into actions
Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
A proactive, solution-focused mindset and passion for delivering results
