PRACTICE MANAGER PROSPECT AT GISBORNE DENTAL GROUP
This is a key leadership role overseeing daily operations, team coordination, and high-level patient service. The Dental Practice Manager will contribute to the growth and success of the practice at Gisborne Dental Group, a dental practice with over 30 years of trusted care in the Macedon Ranges and surrounding communities.
Key responsibilities
HR management: recruitment, onboarding, leave, performance reviews, and training
Daily operational oversight and team coordination
Appointment schedule management and patient follow-ups
Stock control: dental materials, ordering, invoicing, and billing
Health insurance processing and treatment plan communication
Updating internal documentation and workflows
Assisting chairside when needed to support the clinical team and patient flow
Treatment co-ordinating patients from start to finish
About you
Proven leadership experience in a dental or healthcare environment
Strong background in Dental Assisting (mandatory)




Willingness and ability to assist chairside when required
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Tech-savvy with IT systems and scheduling software
Professional presentation, with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset
