The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) invites applications for an APS5 National Contact Centre Auslan Service Officer in Brisbane. The role delivers accessible, participant-first support via the dedicated Auslan video service, connecting with Deaf and hard-of-hearing participants to navigate the NDIS and access needed services.
Successful candidates will work with the NCC Operations team, handling inbound/outbound Auslan video calls, emails, and webchat.
