Are you an experienced Site Leader who knows how to build, train, and run a high-performing team?
We've built a strong reputation with a number of SEQ's best builders by caring deeply about our work and our people. Now, as our operations expand across the Sunshine Coast and broader SEQ footprint, we are seeking a driven, hands‐on Site Supervisor to take full ownership of our field performance and workforce culture.
In this role, you won't just manage schedules - you'll be on the ground driving accountability, resetting poor site habits, and elevating our installation teams to deliver uncompromised quality, strict safety, and reliable site logistics.
If you know how to recruit talent, coach talent, enforce zero-defect standards, and build a field team that takes real pride in their work, we will give you the full backing and authority to shape a fast, highly disciplined installation crew.

Training & Skill Development:
Onboarding new hires, conducting hands‐on field training, and continually refining the technical speed and quality of our existing installer workforce.
Culture & High-Performance Execution:
Fostering an autonomous, high‐accountability team culture where standards are high,
work is completed on time, and excuses aren't accepted.
Site Readiness & Logistics:
Pre-checking sites before crews arrive to ensure access, safety compliance, and correct material drops are sorted—eliminating crew downtime.
Quality Control & Auditing:
Conducting regular, rigorous site inspections to ensure all installs pass builder checks on the first pass.
Builder Liaison:
Serving as the primary professional point of contact for builder Site Managers and Project Coordinators—building long‐term trust and ensuring smooth job sign‐offs.
Why Join Our Leadership Team?
Great Team: you'll be surrounded by a great group of team players, who care about high performance the way you do.
Career Growth: As our operation expands, you will have direct pathways into
Operations Management and other leadership positions.

and mentor your own field workforce to hit key operational benchmarks.
Reliable, Premier Pipeline: Direct exposure to major multi‐stage residential developments with South East Queensland's top builders.
Fully Serviced Fleet: High-quality company vehicle, fuel card, and mobile device/tablet for seamless site management.
