Rental Administrator – Access

Key Responsibilities:
Manage on-hire and off-hire processes to meet customer expectations
Ensure rental machines are available, maintained, and ready for transport
Optimise transport for cost and timeliness, including checking invoices
Support growth of the rental client base and liaise with sales teams




Coordinate workshop priorities to meet company and customer needs
Conduct regular stock takes of hire machines
To Succeed in this Role:
Prioritise tasks and manage responsibilities effectively
Able to work in a fast paced enviroment
Relevant industry experience
Eager to learn and develop new skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Organised, professional, and reliable
Confident team player with a positive, can-do attitude
