Western Downs Regional Council in Dalby, QLD is seeking a Customer Service Officer to manage front-line and phone inquiries across Council services in line with our Customer Service Charter.
This role requires a Certificate III in Business Administration or demonstrated equivalent experience in Customer Service; banking experience is highly desirable. You will handle payments, operate the POS, and support productive daily workflows.
