Woolworths Group is seeking a hands-on leader to manage our Proactive Services team across multiple stores. This full time salaried role requires flexibility to work early mornings, days, late nights and weekends to ensure stores are clean and trolleys are available for customers.
You will lead, coach and develop a team in cleaning, trolley collection and waste support, create rosters, work with Store Leadership on priorities, track hours and attendance, and manage consumables within budget.
