This is a broad and hands-on role suited to someone with strong experience across funds management, investment management or financial services, who is comfortable operating across both risk and compliance and partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.
The Opportunity Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the organisation's risk and compliance framework, ensuring the business continues to meet its regulatory obligations while supporting its ongoing growth.
You'll have exposure across a broad range of areas, including regulatory compliance, risk management, governance, policies and controls, and the oversight of key operational and investment-related risks.




Key Responsibilities Manage and enhance the organisation's risk and compliance framework Provide practical risk and compliance advice to senior stakeholders and the broader business Monitor and assess regulatory and compliance obligations relevant to the funds management setting Maintain risk registers, compliance obligations and associated controls Coordinate compliance monitoring and testing activities Support regulatory reporting, governance processes and internal/external reviews Identify emerging risks and regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the business Review and maintain policies, procedures and risk documentation Support incident, breach and issue management Assist with ongoing risk assessments across investment, operational and corporate activities Work closely with internal stakeholders to promote a strong risk and compliance culture
