Working safely and responsibly, following WHS requirements, using tools, equipment and chemicals appropriately and maintaining accurate maintenance records.
Providing friendly and respectful service to residents, responding to maintenance requests and working collaboratively with the Park Manager, colleagues and contractors.

You'll Enjoy

What's it like working for Eureka?
No two days are exactly the same.
You might start the morning mowing and maintaining the grounds before moving on to a resident maintenance request, repairing a fixture, pressure cleaning an outdoor area or helping prepare a unit or communal space.
You'll spend plenty of time outdoors and interacting with residents, so we're looking for someone who is approachable, respectful and happy to lend a hand while maintaining professional boundaries.
Most importantly, you'll take pride in your work and understand that the small things matter when you're helping maintain someone's home.
Is this role right for you?
We're looking for someone practical, reliable and comfortable getting stuck in.
You'll Ideally Bring
Previous experience in groundskeeping, gardening, landscaping, property maintenance or a handyman role.
Practical experience using hand and power tools and confidence completing a range of general, non-trade maintenance tasks.
A good understanding of WHS and safe work practices, including the safe use of equipment and chemicals.
A proactive and independent approach, with the ability to identify maintenance needs, prioritise your workload and follow tasks through to completion.
A friendly and respectful communication style, with the ability to work comfortably around residents, colleagues, contractors and suppliers.
You'll also need to be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and have a strong commitment to safety, presentation and resident satisfaction.
