Fetch Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Pipelayers and Top Labourers to join a leading multi-disciplined civil contractor working across projects throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas.
Our client specialises in water, sewer and drainage infrastructure and has ongoing work available for reliable workers looking to build a long-term career in civil construction.
About the Role: You'll be working as part of an experienced civil crew delivering water, sewer and stormwater drainage projects across Brisbane.

• TEMP TO PERM opportunity • Performance reviews at 3 and 6 months • Pay increases available once performance milestones are achieved • Ongoing work with a reputable civil contractor • 8–10 hour days • 5–6 days per week • Opportunities to upskill and gain additional tickets • Long-term career opportunities within the civil industry The role will involve: • Installing water, sewer and stormwater pipelines • Assisting with trenching, bedding and pipe installation • Setting up trenches and working to levels • Using laser levels and basic surveying equipment • Connecting pipes,
pits and drainage infrastructure • Assisting excavator operators and other plant • General civil labouring and site clean-up • Working safely around underground services Essential Requirements •General Construction Induction Card (White Card) • Previous experience with water, sewer or drainage pipe laying • Ability to read plans and work to levels • Experience using laser levels and setting up trenches • Ability to work effectively as part of a civil crew • Strong understanding of HS E requirements • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic • Commitment to quality workmanship and site safety Desirable – Not Essential • HR Truck Licence • Experience working on major infrastructure projects • Plant operator tickets • Dogman Ticket • Confined Space Ticket • Previous experience working with water/sewer authorities If you're an experienced Pipelayer or Top Labourer looking for ongoing work and the opportunity to move into a permanent position, we'd love to hear from you.
