About the role:
The Warehouse/Production Team Leader is responsible overseeing daily inventory, dispatch, and receiving operations while leading staff to meet safety, quality, and productivity KPIs. This hands‐on role bridges management and floor staff, ensuring compliance with food safety standards (HACCP/GMP), managing inventory accuracy via WMS, and driving continuous improvement in a fast‐paced environment.
The role provides backup up for the Production Team Leaders as required.
About you:
You will have:
Forklift licence and proven secure and competent experience in forklift operation.




Certificate II in Food Processing or willingness to complete in house.
A minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in a warehouse is required (manufacturing or food production environment warehouse experience is desirable).
Supervisory or team leader experience will be highly regarded.
Familiarity with machinery operation.
Solid understanding and commitment to safety protocols and quality control.
Proven and well‐developed problem‐solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work as an effective and contributing member of a small team.
