About the Role: As Financial Manager, you will take ownership of the finance function, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver accurate financial reporting, commercial insights and strong financial governance.
Leading the month-end and year-end reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, integrity and timely delivery Overseeing core finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and cashflow management Preparing management reports, financial analysis and key business performance insights Maintaining and enhancing financial controls, policies and compliance procedures Driving budgeting,



forecasting and long-term financial planning activities Partnering with operational and commercial leaders to support decision-making and profitability initiatives Monitoring financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions Leading, coaching and developing a capable off shore team Managing audit requirements and supporting statutory and regulatory reporting obligations Identifying efficiencies, improving systems and processes, and contributing to ongoing business transformation initiatives About You CA or CPA qualified, with proven experience in a Financial Manager or senior accounting leadership role Solid commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial information into actionable business insights Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop teams and build strong stakeholder relationships Excellent understanding of financial reporting, compliance, controls and governance frameworks Confident communicator who can influence and partner effectively across all levels of the business Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities A proactive approach to process improvement, systems enhancement and driving positive change If you're looking for a role where you can combine technical excellence, commercial leadership and strategic influence to drive meaningful business outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
