The business is focused on strategic asset growth, value creation, and fostering long-term relationships across its portfolio of shopping centres and commercial properties.
We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience in retail leasing, responsible for driving leasing strategy, securing new tenants, and managing renewals across Queensland retail assets.
This role is pivotal in optimising tenancy mix, maximising property income, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities, negotiate leases, and support centre initiatives.
Key Duties Responsibilities:
