Practice Manager We're partnering with a high-growth Chartered Accounting firm to recruit an experienced Practice Manager for a newly created role.
Due to continued expansion, the firm is looking for a commercially minded and proactive leader to help drive operational excellence and support the next stage of its growth.
This is a confidential opportunity with a modern, advisory-focused firm that has experienced exceptional year-on-year growth.
Working closely with the Partners, you'll play a key role in improving business operations, enhancing the client experience and implementing scalable processes that will support the firm's continued success.

Key responsibilities include: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure the business runs efficiently Coordinating workflow, monitoring capacity and supporting effective resource planning Identifying operational improvements and implementing more efficient systems and processes Supporting onboarding, team coordination and fostering a positive,



accountable workplace culture Working closely with the Partners on operational projects and strategic business initiatives Maintaining and optimising practice management systems and operational workflows Assisting with the implementation of new technologies and process improvements Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and internal documentation Supporting the delivery of an exceptional client experience through improved communication and service processes Monitoring workflow, service standards and turnaround times Assisting with KPI reporting, business performance tracking and operational reporting Driving continuous improvement initiatives that support the firm's long-term growth and scalability About You To be successful in this role, you'll have: Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Office Manager or Client Services Manager within a Chartered Accounting or professional services firm Strong understanding of practice operations and workflow management Excellent organisational and project coordination skills Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Confidence working closely with senior leadership and contributing to business strategy For the right person, this role offers significant scope to develop into a broader leadership position as the firm continues to expand.
