About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, passionate Service Technician who is hands on to assist with compliance servicing of environmental spill equipment and emergency showers. Each person matters and our team culture is important.
Key responsibilities
Attend customer sites and conduct compliance checks and replenishing of environmental spill equipment and servicing of emergency showers and eye wash.
Required to work in conjuction with our scheduler,



to maintain a fast paced service schedule
Use of Field Service app to enter orders and POD details
Work with our highly motivated Sales Team to provide exceptional customer service across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba
This position does contain travel to the above regions and you would need to be happy to be away for up to 3 nights at a time
About you
A willingness to learn and grow into the role; similar or transferable experience would be highly regarded
A technical or mechanical mind and willingness to problem solve
Good Level of physical fitness inlcuding repeated bending
An ability to work autonomously and to be adaptable
Basic DIY level experience with tools preferred
Know your way around IT - not an expert but not scared of it either
Initial and ongoing training is provided in Brisbane (Head office), we want our team to succeed in what they do!
