What we are looking for We are looking for a proactive and organised Partnerships Coordinator to support UNICEF Australia's Partnerships team in delivering exceptional experiences for major donors and partners.

Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will provide administrative, project and fundraising support across the partnership program.
You will help coordinate donor stewardship activities, fundraising appeals, prospect research and reporting, supporting the team's ability to achieve annual targets Your day will include Supporting the Partnerships team with administration, meeting coordination, reporting, and team planning activities.
Coordinating donor stewardship activities and helping deliver exceptional experiences for current and prospective supporters and partners.
Assisting with the delivery of key fundraising initiatives,
including tax and Christmas appeals.
Conducting donor and partner research, including due diligence processes in line with UNICEF requirements.
Managing and maintaining accurate donor information, records and reporting through Salesforce.
Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support projects and fundraising outcomes.
We would like you to have the following skills and experience Tertiary qualification in international development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging a range of stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively within a team environment.
Confidence working with data, reporting systems or customer relationship management platforms.
