The Role:
As Educational Leader, you'll guide and mentor a warm, community-minded teaching team in a centre that's deeply connected to its local region.



You'll play a key role in shaping curriculum quality and pedagogical practice, while helping to create a safe, inclusive, and play-rich environment where children feel a strong sense of belonging. Teaching is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, with a focus on relationships, exploration, and meaningful, child-led learning. Families are valued partners, and the centre takes pride in its strong community ties, relaxed regional pace, and genuine commitment to giving every child the best possible start.

Who We're Looking For
Level 7 or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (NZ qualifications recognised in Australia*)
Eligible for VIT registration
Prior experience in an Educational Leader or mentoring capacity preferred
Passionate about early learning and open to a new adventure
Strong knowledge of child development and early childhood pedagogy
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
