Job Description Reporting to the CFO, the Finance Business Partner is responsible for driving financial performance and providing strategic insights to support informed decision-making across the APAC region.
This role will also partner with distributors across APAC.
Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, you'll bridge the gap between finance and operations by delivering forecasting, budgeting, analysis and commercial insights that help drive business growth and profitability.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, influencing business decisions and contributing beyond traditional finance and accounting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes.
Analyse financial performance and provide insights on trends, risks and opportunities.
Partner with business leaders to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reporting across the APAC region.
Monitor costs and identify opportunities to improve financial performance and efficiency.
Evaluate business projects, investments and growth opportunities from a financial perspective.
Drive process improvements to streamline financial operations and improve data accuracy.
Support compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations and internal policies.
Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong combination of technical finance expertise and commercial acumen, along with the ability to build trusted relationships across the business.
You will have: A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
CA or CPA qualification.
5-7 years' experience in finance,
accounting or a related field.
Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and variance analysis.
Proven ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve business performance.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong Excel and financial systems experience.
Experience within retail, manufacturing, logistics or similar industries will be highly regarded.
