What you will be doing in this role
The Patient Experience Coordinator is responsible for leading and driving the organisation's patient experience transformation agenda by implementing strategies, governance frameworks and improvement initiatives that embed patient-centred care across Adventist HealthCare.
The role analyzes patient feedback, complaints and experience data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, develops reporting and performance measures, and leads projects that enhance patient outcomes and service quality.
You'll also provide expert change management support, engages and influences executives, clinicians, consumers and other stakeholders, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and service excellence. As a people leader, the position promotes a positive, patient-centred culture aligned with the organisation's mission and values while supporting teams to deliver measurable improvements in patient experience and organisational performance.
This is a permanent part time, 4-day per week position.
Who we're looking for
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with others, takes pride in delivering accurate, quality work, and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centred environment. Experience in a healthcare setting is valued, as it demonstrates familiarity with medical terminology and the dynamics of a clinical space, however this is not essential. You'll have:

What to expect
Successful candidates will be required to complete a range of pre-employment checks and assessments. These vary and could include professional references, functional questionnaire, a national police check, working with children check, vaccination evidence, among others.
