This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating content, understands social media and can work quickly without compromising on quality. You'll be responsible for creating and coordinating engaging social media content across our channels, with a particular focus on video content and social-first storytelling. You'll also assist the wider Marketing team with templated design work, helping us keep content moving in a high-volume, fast-turnaround environment. No two days will be the same. One day you might be editing a property reel, the next creating content for an agent, capturing behind-the-scenes moments or helping bring a campaign to life.
Key responsibilities
Create, edit and coordinate engaging video content for social media
Edit short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other digital channels
Assist with filming and capturing content across our offices, properties, events and team
Develop social media content that is engaging, relevant and aligned with the Coastal brand
Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
Assist with templated graphic design using Indesign, Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
Adapt existing marketing templates for social media and other digital applications
Work closely with the Marketing and Brand team to deliver campaigns and content




Support agents and internal teams with social media content where required
Manage multiple content requests and deadlines in a high-volume environment
About you
Previous experience in a social media, content or digital marketing role
Strong video editing skills and experience creating short-form social content
Experience using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar
Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
A strong eye for design, composition and brand consistency
An understanding of what makes content perform across social platforms
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
The ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in and get things done
